The first step in booking us is checking availability for your date. You can do this by clicking the Calendar icon on the homepage or the 'Book' button next to the booth you are requesting. Fill in the info for your event and your booth preference, and once we receive the inquiry email, we will reply back with a confirmation email stating if we can accommodate you.
Once we have confirmed your booking and you have provided a few bits of information, we will send you a proposal/quote through Boothbook.com. This will be a link to your client portal. If you would like to confirm your booking, a deposit can then be made through Venmo, Square or PayPal. We will provide a link to pay. Within 24 hours, we will update your invoice showing deposit made.
Proposal quotes are guaranteed up to 72 hours.
We will send your contract by email from Booth Book for you to digitally sign and return to us.
A customization form will be sent by email to you 4-6 weeks prior to your event, to gather as much detail about your event as possible, such as "theme", #hashtag (if you have one) color palette, backdrop choice, and personalized photo templates for you to choose from. If you have an example of a template or would like to use your invitation as a guide, please upload it into the form and our designer will get to work. We will then begin the process of designing and sending your proofs for approval. You get unlimited revisions, so don't worry, we want you to be happy with every aspect of our service!
A paid deposit AND a signed contract are both required to reserve your event date. The deposit is refundable, sans credit card processing fees, within 7 days of being paid. The deposit is not eligible for a refund after 7 days or within 30 days of the event. A separate link will be sent to pay the balance before or on your event day. You are able to add extra items a-la-carte through the shopping cart feature in Add Ons, to be ready on your big day.
Anything customized will require an eight week turn-around time and you will be sent a proof, which we will email you to approve.
