As soon as you know you want us there. Popular Saturdays and high-demand seasons can book well in advance, and reservations are confirmed on a first-contracted, first-paid basis. We do not hold booths without a completed booking.
Our standard package includes up to four hours of booth time. Additional time may be added when available.
Yes. Guests can visit the booth throughout the event, and everyone pictured receives a print from that session.
Yes. After the event, you receive a gallery containing the finished photo designs and the individual images.
Absolutely. We create two custom photo designs using your invitation, colors, branding, or event inspiration. Your welcome screen is customized too.
Yes. We curate props to complement your event, colors, and crowd. We want the prop table to feel intentional—not like a random party-store bin.
Our open-air booths include a curated backdrop selection. We will help you choose the best fit for your design and venue.
Space needs vary by booth. A 10-by-10-foot area is ideal for most open-air setups, while the Halo can work beautifully in smaller spaces. We also need access to a standard outlet near the setup area. Send us your floor plan if you would like help choosing the best booth.
Yes. A professional Moon Over Nola attendant hosts the booth, assists guests, manages prints, and keeps the experience running smoothly.
Yes. Guest book service is available as an enhancement and is sometimes included during special booking promotions.
Yes. We serve New Orleans and surrounding areas and can travel farther for select events. A travel fee may apply based on location.
Once you select your booth, we will prepare a proposal with everything in one place. Your date and booth are reserved after the agreement is signed and the required payment is received. Qualifying bookings may also receive a pay-in-full discount.
